Shipping policies

We do not charge VAT, but instead accept the small business regulation according to Section 19 of the German Value Added Tax Act (UStG). In addition to the stated prices, we may charge shipping costs.

The exact shipping costs will be displayed during checkout. We will process your order as quickly as possible. Once it has been shipped, you will receive an email from us with your tracking information.

We ship with Deutsche Post (Maxibrief) and Hermes.

The standard delivery time for parcels within Germany is usually 2-4 business days. For large letters, the delivery time is reduced to 2-3 business days.
